Summary for only given as follows. Discussion of the approach, deployment and results of the use of a SW assisted MBNQA criteria based self-assessment process. A service/support operating business element of a major international company was the pilot project. The initial results indicated opportunities for improvement. Re-assessment is scheduled for September 1996 and changes will be used for future direction
