Abstract :
In this paper, an algorithm which can generate a portrait automatically from an input face image is proposed. In our approach, we adopt integral project method to distill the feather of the face, find the main organspsila location, then segment each organspsila area using an adaptive threshold, in order to present a hand paint effect, we combine the image after segmentation with the image which has been processed through neon method, This method can get a portrait of the input image automatically, and it is easy to be realized. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of our techniques.
