Abstract :
The existing Industry e-commerce platform has the problems as: the operation mode is not innovative, the information and display methods are not diversity, the service is not comprehensive, the function of transaction is not complete and the resource integrated is not efficient. This paper tries to construct a star-shape value network for SME. The network use every enterprise in the industry as nodes, and use the universal interface provide by e-commerce platform as axes, that will link all enterprise websites which having their own style with e-commerce platform, forming an interconnected business network which is interrelated, reciprocal, win-win and collaborative development.
