Abstract :
Analyzing the frequency dependences of real and imaginary part of the dielectric permittivities measured at various temperatures we can study the transport mechanisms connected with the ionic hopping motion of charge in ion conductive glasses. The experimental results getting from electric measurements on LiPON phosphate glasses are analyzed, discussed and compared. Arrhenius graphs constructed from d.c. and a.c. electrical measurements including loss tangent are used to characterize the relaxation processes and transport mechanisms connected with the mobility of conductive ions.
