Abstract :
G.729A is used for coding speech at 8 Kbit/s by conjugate structure algebraic code excited linear prediction (CS - ACELP) scheme. The CELP is primarily described in general, and then a particular discussion is given about CS-ACELP. By using Simulink software, the model of G.729A is realized and tested with a segment of speech. The result is satisfying.
