Abstract :
As the scale of E-commerce expands, the Role Based Access Control (RBAC) model has tremendous role and complexity. This paper defines User Group Role (UGR) and improves the RBAC model. It also includes the regulation, design and description under XACML framework. The modified RBAC is implemented by Java.
