  • Abstract
    Analysis the working process of the asphalt concrete mixer control system, this article introduces a new type of intelligent control system based on the fuzzy expert control technology. To minimize the control error caused by nonlinearity and long time delay in the working process, the advance technology of fuzzy control, expert system and digital signal processing are adopted in the control system. A linear filter required by the prediction was designed to perform the prediction of the temperature change history in the working process of the mixer. Based on it, the working process of asphalt concrete mixer could be controlled automatically and intelligently in real time. Test results showed that the accuracy of the control system has been improved greatly, and the asphalt concrete mixer works stably and reliability. Combining with the traditional control method, the centralized and intelligent control system is more effectively.
