Research on Enhancement of the Service Outsourcing Enterprises´ Innovation Ability Based on the Absorption Capacity

The absorptive capacity is a key factor to enhance the impact of service outsourcing enterprises´ innovation ability. This paper analyzes the innovation capability of service outsourcing enterprises the necessity of absorptive capacity and service outsourcing innovation capability, the establishment of a model based on the enhancement of the absorptive capacity of the service outsourcing enterprises´ innovation ability, and in order to service outsourcing enterprises innovation capability provides some feasible proposals. These provide guidance for the development of China´s service outsourcing industry.
