Abstract
Steep development of computer systems has created a great variety of important technical and scientific problems: for development of an architecture of algorithms, control circuits for access to common resources, and computing structures and distributed database structures. In this paper, the principles of parallelism for the construction of multilevel distributed computer networks are given.
