Abstract :
Elements of upper levels of hierarchical ramified systems have the hazard function close to a constant, therefore lifetime of such elements is circumscribed by the exponential distribution. A lifetime distribution function for elements of the output level is chosen because of a comparison of different types of probability distribution.
