  • Abstract
    In video processing, background and foreground extraction are still interesting problem. It can be useful for object locating in video. In this paper, we propose a new method based on Edge-based Robust Principal Component Analysis to extract foreground information. The experimental results ensure its has high accuracy and efficient processing time.
