  • Abstract
Knowledge sharing activities that occur among doctors has a great value and benefits in improving the quality of medical treatment. The success factors of knowledge-sharing activities is the quality of communication among doctors. Knowledge sharing media that is currently considered quite effective is the community of practice (CoP). Research methodology used is to conduct studies in the literature on previous research and preliminary survey in several hospitals. The results of this study is a model that explains the factors that influence the effectiveness of sharing of knowledge among physicians using a CoP. Models are constructed is the primary reference in determining which factors are most significant influence on the effectiveness of knowledge sharing among physicians using a CoP media.
