Abstract :
We present the design of structure of the micro magnetic fluxgate probe and the integrated circuit for the micro magnetic fluxgate. The system for initial velocity measurement based on Micro Magnetic Fluxgate transducer is studied. The mathematic model of the micro magnetic fluxgate transducer is established. The working characteristics of micro magnetic fluxgate probe, excitation loop and signal of the induction loop are analyzed by simulation. On the basis of new design of velocity measurement system and preliminary tests, the prototype of the velocity measure system is made. Static tests and dynamic tests on shooting projectile with the measurement system prototype are carried out. The tests indicated that the system can accomplish the prearranged function, and proved the scheme of velocity measure system is practical.
