Abstract
Researchers have not specifically considered the determinants of post-purchase intention with regard to online insurance purchases. By consulting DeLone and McLean´s ISS model, this study develops and empirically examines a model of the impact of system quality, information quality, and perceived product complexity on post-purchase intention in this context. Data collected from 177 online-insurance consumers provided support for the model. The results indicated that system quality, information quality, and perceived product complexity were significant determinants of post-purchase intention in the online-insurance context. Implications and future research directions are also discussed.
