Abstract
Measurements in distributed systems in general, and for the case of dispersion of a layer in particular, are complex technical problems. Such questions, as to choice of a site and quantity of gauges with the purpose of maintenance by the information for management and forecast, opportunity of construction of estimations of parameters in conditions of noise, accuracy of estimations and other are important and interesting both theoretically, and from the practical point of view. All these tasks are components of the observer theory of systems with allocated parameters.
