Abstract :
This paper considers constant I/O scaled H∞ output feedback optimization problems with Riccati equation approaches. An iterative scheme is used to search for the optimal I/O scaling matrix. It is shown that a descent I/O scaling matrix can be obtained directly from the algebraic Riccati equation solutions which are required for constructing an H∞ controller.
