Abstract :
Between March 2010 and November 2011 we have proceeded to build a device meant to quantify the pain threshold of a person through operator interaction (health professionals such as doctors, nurses, physiotherapists) and patient. This device is called “pressure algometer”, which determines the pressure at which a patient reaches his pain threshold by applying a known force on his body, and his feedback.
