Abstract
Nowadays, some organizations were not success in realizing the benefits of ERP implementation. The aim of this study was to formulate a comprehensive recommendation for the ERP management in the post-project phase. The development of research model was done by an initial model development and a refinement process based on interviews with two ERP consultants. The research model defines five aspects and 22 recommended activities of the ERP management in post-project phase. The aspects are process, technology, management, organizational structure, and human aspects. Model validation process was done using a case study on a company. The data collection process was done by using interviews with the company´s employees. Data triangulation was done by using documents and an interview with the company´s former Director. There are two activities that have not been proven and several important things for the future research.
