Abstract :
Simulating natural trees is very important for computer graphics because trees are present in virtually every outdoor scene. Botanical tree is a challenging issue which has a non-rigid, complicated structure. This paper implements a method to solve the problem using stochastic fractal recursion algorithm which can be used to simulate the plant easily. We take advantage of texture mapping to enhance the realism of the projected image and the random factor is taken into account, to produce greater diversity. The algorithm is easy enough to simulate trees, but can generate quite natural tree structure, and can modeling of higher tree which is L-systempsilas drawback.
