  • Abstract
The approaches or theories used for understanding the management of firms/corporations in the past are non-systemic. These approaches do not provide the systemic view of Modern Corporations and resulted in wide spread failures or in- voluntary takeovers in recent times. A Systemic framework to aid in the understanding of Governance, Management and Operations in Modern Corporations is proposed. The modern corporation is considered as a system of systems (SoS) in order to understand the corporation holistically. This understanding will aid in design of the system of systems and also a guiding framework for the Systems Architecture is proposed.
