Effective Techniques to Improve Teaching Quality in IT Enterprises

Quality Control begins with education and ends with education. Training is very important in IT enterprises and all kinds of industry. While the approaches to give training courses is different from those traditional lecture formats. Several models of project-oriented courses are introduced herein. Effective techniques such as the course objectives and format, course management and project, the role of the course coordinator, a necessary condition for success: upper management involvement, curriculum for the lecture sessions, project monitoring, final projects day, and internal use of the project course format are expatiated. After several years of experiense, these kinds of project format courses can convey to the students the investigative approach to problem solving.
