Abstract :
The birth of Internet gave a brand new meaning to Technological Innovation. Information technology, the product of Internet, now is the important base and way to promote the Technological Innovation of enterprises. With the aim of helping enterprises improve the technological innovation ability, this paper discusses how to improve enterprise technological innovation ability based on Internet, proposes three models - User-Enterprise, Enterprise-Enterprise and Regional Technological Innovation Model, and points out the key steps of implementation.
