Abstract
The aeroload simulator is a test instrument that can produce a wide range of rotary position motion, and active dynamic torque, to simulate loads that control surfaces experience during missile flight. In this paper, we designed the aeroload simulator that is stable, accurate and optimal for a small sized electro-mechanical actuator. It is the simple system that consists of a DC(direct current) motor and an encoder. The performance of the designed aeroload simulator is verified by simulation results.
