Abstract :
This paper aims to establish an effective model of cross-disciplinary foreign language talents cultivation and management in export-oriented enterprises in China. This paper firstly analyses the characteristics of foreign language talents that these enterprises desire and the conflicts between the enterprises´ talents demands and the talents supply. Thus, based on analysis, this paper puts forward an innovative and comprehensive three-dimensional model of foreign language talents´ cultivation and management for export-oriented enterprises, which involves the co-efforts of institution of higher learning, enterprise and government.
