Abstract :
D-CPM Method is a dynamic process planning model which combines the product design tool with project management tool. D-CPM Method can solve the complex iterative problem which cannot be well described by traditional product development tools. First of all, the product development process is modeled by using DSM and then optimized by minimizing iterative. Afterwards, corresponding CPM network is built and the critical path is identified. Finally, the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed method is manifested by a case study.
