Abstract :
It is difficult to scientifically determine weights of appraisal indicators of enterprises´ undertaking of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) provides a feasible way to accurately determine weights of appraisal indicators. The appraisal indicators system for CSR of private enterprises in Ningbo consists of 13 indicators. According to outcome of questionnaire investigation, and by AHP, this paper obtains weights of the 13 indicators. Among these 13 indicators, weights of shareholders´ interest maximization, production safety, and quality and safety of products rank the top three, while weights of satisfaction of consumer´s demand, charitable donation, and participation in environmental administration rank the last three. So AHP is a good method to determine weights of appraisal indicators.
