Abstract :
In recent years, cooperation investment on port operation becomes a hot topic. On the basis of satisfaction degree functional model, in this paper, the utility functional model regarding cooperation investment between port enterprises is established and solved with numeric example by adopting genetic algorithms. The model established is benifical to analyze the investment and motivation of port enterprises.
