Abstract
The considered method of analysis of dynamic characteristics of amplifying microwave devices on MESFETs allows to receive numerical meanings of dynamic range and to optimize this parameter, without resorting to prototyping. Developed on the basis of the complete equivalent circuit PSpice, the model MESFET can be used for the analysis of a wide class of microwave devices.
