Research on the evaluation system of educational administrator´s qualities in colleges based on AHP

To appraise the qualities of educational administrators scientifically on basis of analytic hierarchy process, the evaluation index must adhere to the principles of scientificity, combined qualitative and quantitative, comprehensiveness and feasibility. The process of the questionnaire data illustrates that among the five aspects of ideology, professional ethics, competence, vocational work and mentality, the weight of competence is the largest, followed by vocational work. The two factors are of great significance in the qualities of educational administrators.
