Abstract :
An effective technology of protection of information resources of departmental communications systems, including their automated management system, and also information resources of all distributed automated office systems, is offered. The features of safety maintenance of connection of a departmental telecommunication network, including satellite communication channels using ABCS technology and star-shaped satellite network with earth satellite stations PES and SCPC, are presented.
