The study on sub-sectors of small and medium-sized enterprises engaging in service outsourcing in Heilongjiang

The outsourcing service industry in Heilongjiang Province is booming in recent years. With the preferential policies and financial help, superior environment is created for small and medium-sized enterprises to develop service outsourcing business. On the basis of research on the influence factors of outsourcing services, an index system is built to evaluate development level of different sectors in order to select key outsourcing service industry. Studies show some main outsourcing service industries in Heilongjiang Province. And what´s more, producer service outsourcing industries combining industrial foundation of Northeast old industrial base could be more competitive and have more promising potential.
