Research on automotive component supplier selection process

With the increasing rate of automotive component outsourcing, automobile manufacturing enterprise was also increasing dependence on component suppliers. Based on the standard for the evaluation of suppliers, the paper establishes supplier selection model in four stages, uses TOPSIS method to determine quality suppliers. By follow-up evaluation, automotive manufacturers timely eliminate and update low-quality suppliers. So the Four-stage supplier selection can become a dynamic cycle and maintain continuity.
