Abstract
The lack of trust among supply chain alliance partners leads to the low efficiency of overall supply chain, also prevents the application of supply chain management for the enterprise. The paper analyzes the trust relations among partners in the supply chain alliance, discusses the factors affecting alliance trust. Based on the Game theory, the general model of trust for supply chain Alliance is constructed. The alliance partners must consider the long-term benefits and trust each other, then the coalition parties can get the maximum benefit.
