Abstract

The development of pharmaceutical industry of Heilongjiang reflects growing features of industrial cluster. From a perspective of innovation theory, industrial industry is an innovative network, whose innovative power affects the competitiveness of the whole industry of the cluster and the prospect of the development. Based on examination of constituents of innovative power of Heilongjiang pharmaceutical industry cluster, the paper establishes a model of evaluation system of its competitiveness, brings forth an objective result through a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, puts forward some proposals for the promotion of innovative power of Heilongjiang pharmaceutical industry cluster.
