Abstract :
Procurement is the starting point of business activity which is the key to the cost of production. More and more modern enterprises use a centralized procurement, but there are still some problems. This paper established a centralized purchasing model and analysis of specific issues. The establishment of the centralized procurement model is improved to further reduce the cost of centralized purchasing. Therefore to reduce the cost of centralized purchasing.
