Abstract
As the existing logistics industry develops in society, the top level of service becomes the target of the logistic corporations under the circumstance of e-commerce. It´s necessary to make some new ways of logistics management. The paper discusses the specific measures and service of logistic improvement of e-commerce, then proposes the innovation of logistics management under the circumstances of B2C and B2B. The existing logistics management strategies requires to introduce B2C and B2B into the side of the logistics management.
