Abstract
In the area of E-business, the construction of business initiatives is in many cases driven by the "how" and "what" instead of the "why" - supported by a high level business model. In this paper we discuss FOCAL Point®, a framework consisting of several strategic components that supports construction and discussion of high level E-business models leading the organisation systematically to the business required initiatives. The framework is explained and demonstrated with examples of E-business models.
