  • Abstract
    The paper presents theory and perspective of four-terminal silicon piezoresistive transducer (FTSP). FEM modeling and applications in pressure, moisture, and acidity sensing is also presented. The paper also discussed silicon nanowires and giant piezoresistive effect.
