Abstract :
Based on an AI enhanced planning graph, this paper presents a new method for semantic Web service composition. The main enhancement focuses on the state layer of planning graph. First, we cluster the state parameters by their semantic in each state layer, then we use a backward indexing method to find the Web services composition chain according to services´ QoS(quality of service). Using this method, Web services with better QoS will be picked out for the composition solution, and redundant Web services can be eliminated.
