Abstract :
In medical emergency environments, there are two requirements for managing the information of the emergent patients. First, the information of patient is needed to be delivered to numerous medical staffs concurrently. Second, the information has to be prevented from the access of un-allowed person. The multicast is solution for the first requirement. However, the second requirement is complicated to solve with preceding researches, since several tasks exist in the medical emergency environment and the medical staffs are separated by role of them. Thus, we propose a framework for access control on multicast for medical emergency environments. With the proposed framework, the only necessary part of information can be delivered to only eligible users. The proposed mechanism achieves better security and efficiency in delivering the information.
