Abstract :
A full length dicer-like gene was cloned from 9311 (Oryza sativa indica) by RACE (GenBank accession No: DQ208406). It should be an OsDCL3b through homogeneous alignment and locate on chromosome 10. This gene might have alternative splicing transcripts. Real-time PCR results indicated that it expressed at different levels in root, stem, leaf and flower, respectively. The highest expression level of this gene was detected in flower, while the lowest expression level was detected in root.
