Abstract :
In order to reduce labor intensity and realize automatic cleaning of swimming pools, a cleaning robot was developed. Technical specifications, composition and working principle of the robot were described; motion characteristics were analyzed; mechanical body, cleaning mechanism and control system were designed. Development of the robot provides a new type of equipment for the automatic cleaning of swimming pools, so the design has important theoretical and practical value.
