Abstract
The purpose of the present paper is the solution of key problems, dealing with realization of radiometric measurements of object average temperature. The intensity of a natural thermal radiation of a body depends on its physical properties. The measured values are defined by brightness temperature of object, radiation background and fluctuation component. They estimate the average value of temperature. The task of average temperature measurement is the choice of such measurement conditions and such data processing, for which the derivation of the measured value of brightness temperature from the average value is minimal. The paper presents the choice of antenna and frequency range parameters, at which the resulting error of measuring is minimal. The solution of the indicated problem requires the solution of a number of fundamental issues, dealing with a choice of measuring conditions and processing methods. The conditions, when the aggregate error is minimum have been determined. For a cylindrical model the solutions using experimental data of electrodynamical-similar model, have been obtained. The data show the possibility of conducting enough accurate measurements.
