Abstract
A microstrip sensor with a magnetic film, which is capable of measuring two components of magnetic field, has been developed. The resonator of the sensor consists of alternating segments of strip lines with air filling and microstrip lines on substrates with high dielectric constant, joined into a ring. The thin magnetic films are located in clearances between a metal shield and conductor of the air-filled strip lines.
