Abstract :
In order to provide some new development ideas for intra-county economy in different levels of China, the development experiences of intra-county from the developed countries can be referred according to the development characteristics of intra-county economy in China. Then the ideas and countermeasures are drawn by using these experiences. Finally, the effectiveness of the countermeasures can be verified by empirical analysis.
