  • Abstract
    This article conducts the research on dynamic monitoring system based on RFID technology for workshop production. Foreground of the system uses Visual basic 6.0 to carry on the application procedure development, and its background carries on the data administration work with the management platform based on access database. Firstly, RFID module acquires the data in the work field. Then enterprise workers carry on the real-time processing, and keep the correspondence with the plan layer. Thus, the workers formulate production dispatching according to information received from up and below layers and feedback to the production workshop by order form. Plan completed information, production quality examination information, equipment information and so on are also fed back to upper information plan layer so as to instruct plan making. The system mainly completes production dispatching, quality control, report and some other works, which can achieve the function of workshop production dynamic monitoring.
