Abstract
The value chain theory is a powerful tool for the enterprise financial BPR. By eliminating non-value-added chain, the enterprise can realize the maximum value of financial processes, in order to achieve the goal of maximizing the value of enterprise. Using the value chain theory and the modern information technology, this paper analyzes the existing financial processes, sets up the financial BPR frame model. Among them, the design idea of vouchers of converting module is elaborated and evaluation indicators are proposed.
