  • Abstract
    In order to adapt the characteristics of wind power, we investigated the anode process with high current density. A liquid fluctuation testing system of aluminum electrolysis was designed. It was used to test the electrolyte liquid fluctuation conditions in the electrolysis course with differently shaped anodes and different current densities; the effect of electrolyte fluctuation frequency and extent of the bubbling behavior of anodic gas were analyzed. Bath voltage fluctuation conditions in the electrolysis course with differently shaped anodes and different current densities were tested, and the effects of bath voltage fluctuation frequency and voltage drop on the bubbling behavior of anodic gas were analyzed.
