Abstract :
Though high powered microwave (HPM) devices have been in existence for many decades, there seems to be no universally accepted method for hardware test and evaluation. Which data is taken is many times determined by the type of equipment available for testing. As a result, the data taken on the HPM devices may or may not be readily compared to data taken on similar devices at different facilities. This makes any type of government assessment extremely difficult. The following research discusses a few methods that could be implemented to ensure reasonable and comparable data collection of pulser type devices.
