Abstract :
The education and guidance at school not only affect college students´ years when they are students but also affect their whole life. Therefore, it´s extremely important to provide policy guidance, knowledge, experience and kill to enable college students to choose an occupation that may exert their capacity most according to their specific characters and social professional needs. This paper puts forward the conception of the discipline of employment guidance for college students, analyzes the formative background and research methods of this discipline, represents its talent cultivation target and principle, research contents, discipline model, teaching method, teaching evaluation, faculty building and others for employment guidance for college students. The conclusions and research prospects about the discipline of employment guidance for college students are also discussed in the end.
